*MIN 4 Cycle signing of Paid Media as defined above, required to qualify.

Chatbot product will be free for the Minimum Cycles signed per the contract as long as Paid Media continues to run each month or the Promotional Credit will no longer be available. This credit offer will only be enabled for the Chatbot product (normally $139 per cycle) or Protected + sensitive Chatbot product (HIPAA) (normally $209 per cycle). After either the Paid Media stops or the 12 cycles is reached, the Free offer is no longer available.

LocaliQ will continue to honour the promotional free Chatbot product for a maximum 12 cycle term, unless a Cancellation for the Search Ads and/or chatbot is received in accordance with our Standard Terms and Conditions. Then this free promotional offer will also stop. For example, if a SEARCH ADS campaign is signed for a minimum of 4 cycles, Client will also receive 4 free cycles of Chatbot. After the 4 cycles, the Search Ads campaign and the Chatbot will continue to run at the Budget Per cycle indicated on the Order form (contract), unless a Cancellation for the Search Ads and/or chatbot is received in accordance with our Standard Terms and Conditions. Applies to New or Returning Clients only.

Requests for pause, stopping or cancellation before the Minimum Term, will result in forfeiture of the Promotion, and any credit offered as part of this promotion, may require to be paid or refunded.
LocaliQ reserves the right to determine final qualification of the promotion.
Per standard Terms & Conditions, campaigns will continue after this Initial Term, unless the client informs LocaliQ 1 cycle in advance, the Search Ads or Social Ads campaign together with the Chatbot campaign will continue at the budget per cycle indicated on the Order Form (the free cycles will only be for 12 cycles maximum). Note a termination or cancellation cannot occur before the Minimum Term is served.
Tactical Campaigns and any Custom campaigns are EXCLUDED from this promotion
